Photo Blogging

Today's blogging project is a writing assignment. I want you to choose one of these photos that looks interesting to you. Copy the picture and make a new post on your blog. Then I want you to write about the picture.

What do I want you to write? You have a few choices. Try one of these.

• Describe the photo. Use as much detail as you can.
• Can you make a personal connection to the picture? What does it remind you of? Is it something you have seen before? Where were you? What were you doing?
• Write fiction. Can you use the idea in the picture to create a fictional story?
• Poetry. Use the photo as the subject for a poem.
